Who is 80 Proof?

At the age of 5, my father started me on piano lessons. By 5th grade, I'd picked up the alto saxophone, and then my father gave me my first electric guitar (1978 Fender Musicmaster) when I was 14. That was right around the time that I started playing drums and bass.
At age 10, I started playing with The Outfit, an oldies/wedding band that my father had been in for years. Throughout my teenage years, I played in several garage bands before being asked to join The Majors. I was with The Majors for the end of high school and my college years. During that time, I met my musical soul mate, Jason "Schroeder" Scott. We formed a duo called The Burghs and played around the Pennsylvania/West Virginia/Ohio tri-state area before moving to Florida. In Florida, he and I continued the duo and landed a gig with country band The Git R' Dunz and pop/party band Big Daddy. In my lifetime, I've had the amazing fortune to play thousands of shows, and God willing, there will be thousands more.
Now, with 80 Proof, I've formed a band that is, literally, all me! If you cloned me 6 times and put us all in a studio, then 80 Proof is what we'd sound like!

Obviously in a live performance setting, I would be making some calls to some amazing musician friends to fill the stage, as I lack the number of appendages to pull it off by myself!
